Kaitlyn McGuire is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Visualization and a minor in Business.  With a focus in graphics, Kaitlyn establishes herself as a Graphic Designer with a keen interest in branding, advertising, web design, photo editing, and layout development.

Through her university career, Kaitlyn has mastered a variety of innovative programs such as Adobe Suite, After Effects, QuarkXPress, and 3DS Max.  She enjoyed and quickly became proficient in Art Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign.  

Kaitlyn worked as an Assistant Merchant at Signet Dallas where she sought to sharpen her business skills. She updated and analyzed sales recaps, taking note of top styles, sales, returns, trends, and business direction to present in department meetings. She selected and reviewed merchandise from vendors to replenish inventory levels based on fast-turning styles and to build new store assortments. Kaitlyn values the fundamentals of her business background and applies learned concepts to the way she conducts projects.  She is intrigued by the potential of combining business strategies with creative visual design.

Kaitlyn now applies her design skills to her position in Dallas, Texas as the Graphic Designer and Photographer at Varsity Spirit for the National Cheerleaders Association and National Dance Alliance brands.  There she continues to develop design techniques and management skills. She is in charge of designing all digital and printed marketing products from manuals and brochures, to social media campaigns and email blasts. In just one short year Kaitlyn took the lead in several multi-branded campaigns and instructive manual productions. She also broadens her photography strengths and specializes in high action sport photography during the company's national events and summer camps.  Recognized as a diligent worker, Kaitlyn strives to efficiently generate innovative ideas in the design world.  She has a thorough understanding of social trends and implements her own interpretation of them in her work.

Kaitlyn continues to work as a freelancing graphic designer and build on her creative work.
